Saani Daara is optimistic that Ghana will bury Mauritius as they face each other on Sunday in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, Accra.
The enthusiastic, Spokesperson for the Ghana Football Association argues that the performance of the team against Togo on Monday is a tip of the iceberg and would put up a thrilling performance against the nation the Island in the Indian Ocean.
‘We made changes to our squad against Togo, because the coach learnt they were parading players with much physical ability, hence there was the need to follow suit and this made the Black Stars players cautious with their tackles.
‘I expect Ghana to beat Mauritius and beat them well, following what I saw from the game against Togo,’ Saani Daara said.
The 2017 Africa Cup of Nations will be staged in Gabon.
