Black Satellites goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi is relishing Ghana’s showdown with Mali in the FIFA U20 World Cup round of 16 tie on Wednesday morning.

Ghana, under the stewardship of the Red Bull Salzburg goalkeeper, have cruised the round of 16 stage – finishing top of Group B ahead of Austria and tournament giants Argentina.

The Satellites must tame West African neighbours Mali in Wellington on Wednesday morning to move closer to the feat they achieve at the last edition of the competition.

And, goalkeeper Ati-Zigi says he is ready for the clash and looking forward to it.

“[We’re really prepared and ready for the game on Wednesday],” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

Ati-Zigi, a keeper who has progressed through the ranks in the Ghana junior national teams after playing for the U17s in 2013, spent last season on loan at Liefering.
