Appolonia Development Company, an international estate development company has presented a new deal for prospective house owners in Accra to build affordable houses to suit their taste and lifestyle.

According to Anthony Okyere, the director of the company, the option presented by Appolonia Development Company affords their clients the opportunity to obtain the full benefit of urban life at a comparatively lower cost with the available infrastructure and security to go with it.

Speaking at a cocktail held over the weekend to educate new and prospective clients on the concept of the Nova Ridge enclave set within Appolonia-City of Light at the Appolonia Offices in Accra, Mr Okyere stated that projects such as the Appolonia-City of Light were vital to the progression of urban Ghana.

‘This event is just the beginning of such interactions with the general public and will be a recurring feature over the course of the year. Developments such as the City of Light are vital to the progression of urban Ghana and we are delighted to present Nova Ridge as a unique opportunity in the market,’ he said.

Current progress on infrastructure at the City of Light includes the installation of a 33kVa substation and the construction of the Nova Ridge gatehouse. Further work on infrastructure such as roads and sewerage system are well underway.

The cocktail was concluded by showing a drone video of Roma Park; a similar project undertaken in Lusaka, Zambia by Rendeavour, the mother company of Appolonia Development Company. With over 12,000 hectares of urban development in Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia, Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer has set itself apart as a key advocate and investor in the development of urban centres across the continent.
