French club AS Monaco have rekindled their interest in Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah of Vitoria Guimaraes, Allsports.com.gh undertands.
A string of impressive performances for Vitoria Guimaraes this season have caught the eye of numerous teams across the continent, including Manchester United, Valencia and Inter Milan, who have all had scouts watch the Ghanaian.
And now Monaco are ready to pay six million Euros to sign Mensan from the Liga ZON Sagres side this Summer.
Mensah has played 30 games in the Primeira Liga so far this season, finding the net on five different occasions, including a strike against Nacional last week.
The Ghanaian signed a deal with Vitoria until 2018 following an impressive season with the club’s ‘B’ team last season, which saw him promoted to the senior ranks.
