Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has explained not blooding Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah for Sunday’s final game of the season with Swansea City.
Palace signed off with victory over Swans and a tenth place finish.
“It’s unfair on them and it’s unfair on me – I haven’t seen enough of them,” said the boss.
“Pre-season, for sure, they’re going to get games.
“I’ve had a good look at some of my players who have been out on loan, like Sullay and Kwesi (Appiah), to get a good indication of where they’re at.
“So none of them will be involved on Sunday.”
