Taabea Boss Rescues School

THE CHIEF Executive Officer (CEO) of Taabea Company Limited, manufacturers of Taabea Herbal Mixture, Christian Kwasi Agyeman, has roofed the Aputuogya DA Primary/JHS building.

A fierce rainfall that hit the area about one month ago resulted in the roofing sheets being ripped off, an incident that adversely affected academic work in the school.

The sad incident forced the students to sit in the scorching sun to study.

The headmaster of the school also did not have it easy as he temporarily moved his office under the shade of a big tree.

Mr. Kwasi Agyeman, who is widely known for his benevolence, did not hesitate when the authorities of the school approached his company to come to their aid.

The Taabea CEO quickly footed the bill of the roofing of the entire building at the cost of GHยข5,000, to rescue the students and the school authorities from their ordeal.

Speaking to the DAILY GUIDE, Mr. Kwasi Agyeman said the roofing of the building formed part of the corporate social responsibility of Taabea Company Limited, which is located in the town.

He indicated that he felt sad upon learning that the students had been studying under the scorching sun for the past one month, and that academic work stops at the school whenever it rains hence, his decision to help.

According to him, his company, over the years, had played significant roles to develop its areas of operation so that the lives of the people would be improved.

Last year, he disclosed, Taabea Company Limited supplied some of its products free of charge to the police in the community to encourage them to work tirelessly to combat crime and protect the people.

Mr. Kwasi Agyeman urged other corporate institutions and well-to-do people in society to help develop their areas.
