Pantsil, 32, who plays for Maritzburg United was one of the standout performers since he switch from Santos FC.
The Ghanaian international proved why he refused to remain with Santos in the National First Division. Paintsil’s experience was crucial in helping United secure their first ever top-eight finish.
The well-travelled former Ghana international made 27 starts in only his first season with The People’s Team.
Despite not having a proper preseason, Paintsil made a remarkable turnaround to cement a place in Steve Komphela lineup.
