Manchester United are set to embark on another spending spree this summer as manager Louis van Gaal seeks to revamp his squad again.
The Daily Mirror reports the Old Trafford club will sell striker Robin van Persie and winger Angel Di Maria to fund the transfer signing of Gareth Bale from Real Madrid.
The Manchester club are also lining up a £40 million transfer bid for Tottenham Hotspur season sensation Harry Kane. The 21-year-old England international is on top of Louis van Gaal’s transfer list.
Inter Milan will continue to chase for the transfer signing of Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure, the Italian club’s president has confirmed.
The Etihad club have also targeted Geoffrey Kondogbia and Layvin Kurzawa of AS Monaco.
Arsenal have made Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel their transfer target in case a deal to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech falls through in the summer transfer window, the Telegraph reports.
