Tigo Promises More Surprises For ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ Concert

Headline sponsor for ‘Ghana Meets Naija’, Tigo, says it has several surprises that will thrill audience for the concert on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).

Head of Marketing for Tigo, Jesse Agyepong, mentioned several ongoing engagements on social media and selected radio stations across the country to giveaway tickets to the event.

Mr Agyepong added that on the night, there would be more surprises for the VVIP guests. The ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ has over the years evolved to be one of the best platforms to showcase fine Ghanaian and Nigerian music talents. Ghana has a lot in common with Nigeria, and these ranges from clothing to food and music.

This year’s concert would undoubtedly go down in history as one of the best; it would be the first time that the seven-man army, the Mavins, would be performing live in Ghana.

They would battle it out with Ghana’s triple ‘S’ threat who have all won Artiste of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards. Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Stoneboy are Ghana’s finest contemporary music icons.
