CAF Confederation: Hearts of Oak leave Accra for Tunisia


Accra Hearts of Oak departed Accra to Tunisia on Wednesday evening for the first leg final round fixture against side Esperance de Tunis in the 12th Edition of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Theย Phobians will take on the Tunis based side on Sunday 17 May, 2015 at the Rades Sports stadium. Hearts of Oak will be hoping to get a good result in Tunis in other for the second leg to be a mere formality.

Hearts of Oak left Accra with a 28 man contingent comprised of 18 players, 6 technical men and 4 officials. The leader of delegation to Tunis is GFA executive Committee Member, M .N .S Doe.

Before the playing body checked in, Hearts of Oak midfielder, Richard Yamoah told Allsports.com.gh that their aim is to get a favourable result in Tunis.

‘We know Esperance is a big team and very strong at home but our aim on Sunday is to get a favourable results and I hope with determination we will achieve that’.
