SURPRISE! Jerry John Rawlings and Nana Akufo-Addo

All eyes were on New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and former President Jerry John Rawlings on Saturday when they attended the funeral of M. N. Sonny Mitchell in Tema.

Mr Rawlings and Nana Akufo-Addo were seen walking hand-in-hand to the funeral ground while having a hearty discussion.

Sonny Mitchell was the husband of Madam Emma Mitchell, former Minister of Trade and Industry in the Jerry Rawlings administration and later appointed a Member of the Council of State by the Kufuor administration.
