Hearts of Oak will leave Accra on Wednesday night to play Esperance in the Confederation Cup play-off first leg in Tunis on Sunday.
The Phobians will travel on a Turkish Airline and will connect to the Tunisian capital from Istanbul.
Herbert Addo and his side will have some three days of training before the match at the Rades Stadium.
Hearts have been preparing in Akosombo for the crucial clash.
The last time the two sides met was back in 2000 when Hearts managed a 2-1 win in Tunis and posted a 3-1 victory to lift the Champions League trophy.
