Board chair of Ecobank Lionel Van lare Dosoo passes on

Board Chairman of Ecobank Ghana and a Former Deputy Governor of Bank of Ghana, Lionel Van Lare Dosoo has died.

Executive Director of Ecobank in charge of legal and HR, Paul Aseidu disclosed this at dinner to celebrate the bank’s 25-years of existence in Ghana.

Mr. Dosoo was penciled to read the welcome address at the event which brought together past MDs and it’s distinguished clients.

His last public appearance was the bank’s Annual General Meeting last Thursday.

JOYBUSSINES however gathers that Mr. Dosoo died Saturday morning. He was the deputy Governor of the bank of Ghana from 2000 to 2009.
