Marseille winger Andre Ayew says he will make a decision on his future in the next few weeks.
The Ghana international’s contact runs out at the end of the current campaign and could end a 10-year association with the Ligue 1 side when the transfer window opens.
He is reportedly being trailed by Arsenal, Newcastle and Swansea.
And while he admits it would be difficult to walk away from the club he joined as a trainee a decade ago, Ayew says starring in the top tier of English football is a possibility.
“I’ve had discussions with Marseille and I’ve also had a few offers from different clubs,” Ayew told le10sport .
“I’m taking my time and soon I will take a decision on my future. And yes, there is a possibility I will come to the Premier League and possibly to another country.
“I’ve had offers to leave Marseille when we didn’t have Champions League. I think I will take my time, have a good discussion, and try to end our discussions with the president here very well and from there we’ll take a decision whether to continue or to go somewhere else.
“But very soon, in the next few weeks, my decision will be taken.”
