Kwesi Appiah: Ghana striker handed a starting berth by Reading FC against Derby County

Reading boss Steve Clarke has handed a starting spot to Ghana striker in his side to face Derby County in the English Championship on Saturday afternoon. 

The 24-year-old will be starting just his second game since arriving on loan from Crystal Palace two months ago.

Reading are seeking positive results at the iPro Stadium to cushion their fight for survival in the Championship.

Reading team to play Derby: Federici, Gunter, Obita, Pearce, Hector, Karacan, Norwood, Chalobah, McCleary, Stacey, Appiah.
