Accra, Ghana – Monday March 30, 2014. Newaccra Magazine, a leading success and personal development website today unveils the 2015 edition of The Newaccra Achievers Report.
The Newaccra Achievers Report is a yearly compilation of unsung Ghanaians making impact and showing future promise in diverse fields. It is released in March each year to mark Ghana’s independence month. The 2015 edition honours thirty individuals from five broad groups- business and leadership, society and healthcare, competitive sports, literary and creative arts, and technology and media.
Highlights of this year’s report include the rise of student entrepreneurs, a trend of hobby-turned-businesses, and the importance of the internet in enabling youth activities. Majority of the thirty achievers are entrepreneurs and twenty percent of the achievers are females.
“The aim of the report is to shine the spotlight on unsung youth in entrepreneurship and other activity in Ghana. Because it contains a list of achievers, profiles, detailed analysis and even forecasts, the Newaccra Achievers Report is a credible reference for investors and donors, entrepreneurs, academics, policy makers, media and civil society” says management.
The complete report, including the list of achievers and detailed analysis is available online for free download at Newaccra.com/rise. Media teams can also obtain a press kit from the publishers.
