Ghana Premier League bottom of the league side Brong Ahafo United stunned Obuasi based club Ashanti Gold on match day 12, masterminding a home victory to send their guests packing.
BA United had won a single game in their last ten losing eight and drawing one going into the fixture against AshGold who had won seven and lost just two in the last ten.
The bottom of the league side however stunned the comfortable league leaders claiming all three points on home soil.
Selorm Gerado was the hero on the day as his only goal in the game was enough to down league leaders Ashanti Gold with BA United claiming their first win in five league games.
AshGold still lead the league with 25 points from 12 games, three points ahead of second placed Hearts of Lions.
BA United are now in 15 position four points above rock bottom Berekum Chelsea who were deducted points in the league.
