She has moved from one TV network to the next and she still seems to be moving on and on.
The very popular OAP, Toke Makinwa has apparently left Hip TV.
Toke Makinwa was the anchor of the programme, ‘Trending’ on the urban station, but that was until December 2014 after the 2014 Headies award.
No one really knows why her past recordings still runs at the scheduled time but an inside source has confirmed that she doesn’t work with HipTV any more.
HipTV, led by Ayo Animashaun is currently hunting for a replacement for Toke Makinwa to take over the show from next quarter which begins in April and we learnt that a pretty lady whose name was given as Nancy is already in the process of being recruited for the job.
Toke Makinwa kicked off hosting ‘Trending’ on Valentine’s day, February 14, 2014 and in a few weeks and it is to her credit that she made the show popular in a short while by bringing popular guests to the TV programme.
