GPL: Hearts of Oak to test Inter Allies home invisibility

Inter Allies squad will be boosted with the return of their central defensive duo of Joseph Aidoo and Baba Mensah with Prosper Kassim also returning as the trio were on national duties but they will be missing the services of Lord Ofosuhene and Ibrahim Alhassan due to their respective injuries while Hearts of Oak squad will be motivated with the return of Seidu Mutawakilu and Owusu Bempah who were part of the Black Satellites team that won bronze at the just ended AYC tourney staged in Senegal but the Phobians will be missing the services of their number one shot stopper, Soulama Abdoulai who is on national assignment with his native country, Burkina Faso preparing for an international friendly game.

In Inter Allies last premier league, the Tema based side lost 2-1 away to Wa All Stars in WA as in the ongoing premier league they possess the best defensive side, conceding 8 goals in 11 games as they are yet to lose a game at home,  but their counterpart, Hearts of Oak who in their last three games in the league they have not tasted a defeat as they won their last game by 2-0 against BA Utd at home and they are currently  the 2 highest scoring team in the league with their leading marksman Gilbert Fiamenyo  leading the goal scoring chat with 8 goals.

Since Inter Allies promotion into the Ghana premier league last season, they have played the Phobians twice in the league which they lost all the two games (3-2 and 1-0). And in this fixture 6 goals have been recorded with Hearts of Oak leading the park with 4 and conceding 2 goals. The last time the two teams met was in last season’s league second round fixture which the Phobians won 1-0 at home courtesy Winful Cobbinah strike.
