The international break is on.
The Black Stars of Ghana have started their preparations toward the friendly games against Senegal and Mali.
Ghana internationals Sulley Muntari and Michael Essien still continue their club duties for Italian side AC Milan as both players will play no part in the games for the Black Stars.
Muntari is suspended from the senior national team and Michael Essien has not earned enough game time or been on a form to earn a calling from Black Stars coach Avram Grant.
So on Wednesday night, both players took to the football field to represent AC Milan in a friendly game against AC Reggiana 1919.
Sulley Muntari and Michael Essien started the game that saw AC Milan win by three goals without reply.
Suso grabbed a first half brace before Jeremy Menez added a third in the second half of the game.
Michael Essien was replaced by Andrea Poli at the interval with Sulley Muntari getting 79 minutes before making way for Sebastian Gamarra Ruiz.
