Insiders: Kotoko Circles wage spiritual battle against detractors

The chairman for the supporters union of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Kwaku Amponsah has vowed his outfit will expose all detractors of the club behind their inconsistent performance at the Baba Yara, Sports Stadium, Kumasi.

Kotoko have won just a game in 5 league matches at home this season and this has affected their position on the league table.

The National Chapters Council (NCC) believes some unfaithful fans, who have issues with the current management of Kotoko have been working spiritually against the club to experience bizarre results at home, so the NCC have come up with counter spiritual measures to deal with all detractors.

‘We have done our spiritual consultation and it was revealed that some supporters, who are against the Opoku Nti led management, have plotted the down fall of the club, Kwaku Amponsah,’ NCC chairman told Fox fm.

‘They will suffer the consequence of their acts, because we have got a spiritual remedy for their wrong doings.

‘It is surprising that we put up good show against our opponents in away games, but end up struggling at home.

‘We will make Baba Yara Sports Stadium a fortress once again starting with our game against Liberty Professionals’

The league champions will travel to Bolga ti face lower division side Paga Crocodile Stars on Wednesday in the round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup, before they return home to take on Liberty Professionals at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday on match day 12 of the First Capital Plus Premier League.
