The Tigo Big 6 Party dubbed ‘the Freedom Party’ lived up to expectation as hundreds of corporate executives, students and die-hard party people defied the ‘strictly by invitation order’ to celebrate with the telecom company in the oil city, Takoradi over the weekend.
The party which was also live on three local FM stations in Takoradi -based FM stations Radio Maxx, Spice FM and Beach FM, began with back-to-back latest and best local and foreign hit songs by DJ Magnus and DJ Saint both from from Radio Maxx.
Headlined by Ghana’s finest hiplife artiste, Guru, gave total freedom to join him to sing and dance and make merry. Hit after hit, the ‘Lapas Toyota artiste’ thrilled patrons with ‘Obonsamani’, ‘Mpaebo’, ‘Nkwadaankwadaa’ and the rest.
By all standards it was a successful than expected as the telecom company giant, Tigo realized its ultimate goal of reaching out and interacting with its customers on its welcome package, Tigo Big 6.
