Injured: Black Stars player Rahman to miss Senegal and Mali friendlies

Black Stars player Abdul Baba Rahman has sustained an injury and is expected to be sidelined for six weeks.

The Ghanaian player who featured for his German Bundesliga side Augsburg on Saturday has suffered a broken toe.

Rahman who was named in the 22-man squad by Black Stars coach Avram Grant for the friendlies against Senegal and Mali will miss both internationals.

Coach Avram Grant is expected to name a replacement in the squad for Baba Rahman who impressed at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations where Ghana placed second.
