The problems of Kumasi King Faisal continued on Friday morning when their team bus was involved in an accident at the Anloga Junction High Way.
Some of the Faisal players, namely Alex Osei Domfeh, Tetteh Nortey, C.K and Milito sustained injuries of various types and have been rushed to a hospital yet to be known.
‘Our car usually come and pick us from our homes and after picking us this morning for training session, a Toyota pick-up in trying to avoid crushing a vehicle that had loaded onions, rather collided with our team bus.
‘A lot of us have suffered injuries and are bleeding, so a different car is taking us to the hospital,’ Osei Domfeh, a Faisal player told Metro fm.
Faisal were relegated to the first division, despite battling the Ghana FA at the Accra High Court to contest the grounds for their relegation.
Even at the first division, King Faisal have been struggling and suffered points deduction, following a protest by Ebusua Dwarfs.
