Tarkwa United secretary Doe Mustapha charged with offensive bahavior

Mr Doe Mustapha, Tarkwa United Secretary has been charged with offensive behavior in respect of their GN Bank Division One League match against Starke FC played at Tarkwa on 4th March, 2015.

In the said match, before the start of the match, Mr. Mustapha allegedly prevented the video coverage of the match by the GFA accredited cameraman Emmanuel Adjei.

His actions is deemed to have breached Articles 35 1(c), 35 (2) and 35 7(d) of the Disciplinary code of the GFA.

Mr Doe Mustapha is to submit his written statement of defence to the charge on or before 22nd March, 2015 before or at 5pm at the GFA Secretariat.

If the he fails to submit its statement of defence, the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case without it.
