Christian Atsu and his Everton side were eliminated from the round of 16 stage of the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night.
The Ghanaian and his led by two goals to one as they traveled to Dynamo Kyiv for the second leg of the Europa League tie.
Dynamo Kyiv however scored enough goals on home soil to see them through to the next round of the competition in the seven goal second leg thriller.
Yarmolenko opened the scoring to give the home side a 1-0 lead which Romelu Lukaku quickly equalized.
Teodorczyk and Veloso added to take home side Kyiv 3-1 up into the first half.
Gusev and Antunes added before Phil Jagielka gave Everton a consolation as Dynamo Kyiv won 5-2 on the night to go through 6-4 on aggregate.
Christian Atsu made his entrance into the game in the 65 minute replacing Leon Osman.
