Turns out, all you need is a little help from your friend.

Sevilla defender Fernando Navarro was warming up on the sidelines when he decided he couldn’t hold it any longer, and headed to the bench. There, Carlos Bacca was kind enough to assist his teammate while he drained the main vein, using his own jacket to provide cover from the cameras. What a guy!
