International duty: Kwesi Appiah called up for Ghana duty against Senegal

Crystal Palace striker Kwesi Appiah has been handed a call for Ghana’s upcoming friendlies against Senegal and Mali at the end of March.

After making an impact at the Africa Cup of Nations Kwesi Appiah has been selected for Ghana’s friendlies against Pape Soaure’s Senegal and Mali, with both games taking place in France.

The Black Stars will tangle with Senegal on Saturday 28th March in Le Havre when Appiah will face his new Eagles team-mate before facing Mali three days later in Paris.

Appiah is ineligible for Palace’s Premier league squad but has been in fine form with the U-21’s with whom he scored a hat trick on Tuesday in a league game against Leeds.
