Former Marseille coach Jose Anigo is convinced that Ghana’s Andre Ayew will leave the French giants at season end.
The club looks to be failing to agree extension terms with the in-demand forward whose contract expires in three months.
“He [Andre Ayew] is a boy I had a chance to coach at the beginning,” Anigo told Telefoot.
“I find it unfortunate that “Dede” will go. He has not extended. I feel that he will leave,” he opined.
Dede, son of club legend Abedi Pele has grown to be a cult figure within the rank and file of Marseille but his financial demands is said to be one major stumbling block for the club to give him a deserved contract extension.
