Head coach of Olympique de Ngor, Sadite Sarr has predicted that Hearts of Oak will be defeated in Senegal in the second leg tie of the CAF Confederation cup.
Olympique de Ngor took the lead in the game in the 34 minute through Robert Badiane but in the second half they gave away their lead with Hearts of Oak winning 2-1.
‘We lost, but it is a good result for us because to get an away goal; and in the second leg in Senegal we will prepare very hard, so Hearts of Oak should forget about getting a good result in Senegal,’ Sadite Sarr told Allsports.com.gh.
Speaking through an interpreter, the coach lamented on his side’s sluggish display in the second half.
‘The first half my players were technically good, we held our guns and applied the counter attacking football but in the second half the output of my boys(Players) was nothing to write home about, anytime they were always second to the ball and allowed Hearts of Oak too much space to operate which we dearly paid. So in the second leg we will work on the team’s short falls which like I promise Hearts of Oak will fall in Senegal,’ he added.
