Kingsley on target: Boateng scores as Bari thump Varesse

Ghana’s Kingsley Boateng was on target once again as FC Bari whitewashed Varesse 3-0 in the Italian Serie B on Saturday afternoon.

The 20-year old, who is currently on loan at Bari from AC Milan, grabbed the second goal for his side ithree minutes into the second half at the Stadio Comunale San Nicola.

The goal is Boateng’s second in the the league [7 appearances] since joining Bari from NAC Breda where he was on loan from AC Milan.

His arrival at Bari seems to have had a positive impact on their campaign as they have won three and drew one of their last five league games.

Boateng is looking to make a mark on the Serie B to fast track his development as a Rossoneri player.
