Ghana have booked a semi final date with Nigeria after losing to Mali to emerge as runners up in Group B of the African Under 20 Championship in Senegal.
The Satellites lost 1:0 to Mali, who topped the group with a maximum 9 points.
Mali captain, Ichaka Diara headed home a corner kick midway in the first half for the only goal of the match.
Ghana will play Nigeria in the first semi finals of the competition in Dakar on Wednesday.
