The Ashanti regional office of the National Democratic Congress has announced the party’s support for the 1,000 March for Mahama.
Ashanti regional NDC youth organiser, Brogya Genfi tells rawgist.com the party is happy and will join in the procession to acknowledge what the President has achieved for Ghana and encourage him to do more.
He says some Ghanaians have unfairly thrown all the good things the President has done overboard and are calling for his head because of the energy crisis.”It is time to rally behind our President not only as supporters of the NDC but firstly as Ghanaians. Let’s project the good works of the President in the region”.
Meanwhile the Ashanti based Pro-NDC group putting together the event; Organized Youth of Ashanti says all is now set for their much publicized march.
Brogya Genfi who invited the youth of the Ashanti region to participate in the march also revealed the march will begin from the Cultural Centre at 6:30am on Tuesday 17th March, 2015 and end with a mini rally at the Asawase Community Centre park.
