Ekow Smith-Asante launches ‘Table of Men’ series


Ghanaian actor, Ekow Smith-Asante has launched a new television drama series ‘Table of Men’.

The actor, backed by several celebrities, launched the series at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Accra on Friday, March 6.

Table of Men, created and directed by Nana Abeiku Acquah tells the stories of various Ghanaian men from all walks of life, sharing their achievements and success.

The lives of twelve men are intertwined in a beautiful suspense driven story full of passion, love, intrigue, deception and mistaken identity portrayed by seasoned Ghanaian actors such as Adjetey Anang, Prince David Osei, Okyeame Kwame, Ecow Smith-Asante, Khareema Aguiar among others.

Some of the well-known figures at the launch included Ivan Quashigah, Yvonne Nelson, Prince-David Osei, Kalsoume Sinare, Okyeame Kwame, and Irene Opare.

Ivan Quashigah, who was the guest of honor and known for popular productions such as ‘Things We Do For Love’ and ‘Sun City’ advised the producer and his team to surge forward and be mindful of critics who have pessimistic visions.

‘Table of Men’, according to the producer will air soon on some selected television channels in and outside Ghana.
