Tema, March 10, GNA – The Management of Christian Community Microfinance Limited (CCML) has relocated its Tema branch from Community 2 to Community 1 to enable more clients within the vicinity to have access to their services.
The relocation is also to provide a more spacious environment to prospective and active customers and also provide effective and efficient banking services.
Mr Albert Essamuah, the Board Chairman of CCML, said the new place is strategic because it offers opportunity for staff to interact with its customers and new clients about their products and services.
Mr Essamuah said the mission of the company is to deliver sustainable returns by offering excellent customer centered financial services to support the community.
He said the company is built on strong and dedicated values such as sustainability, innovation, excellence, social responsibility and integrity with great leadership and strong Christian foundation.
Mr Essamuah urged the public to open an account with their outfit, adding that, the company would not relent in providing sound, solid and reliable banking services to customers.
Mrs Sheila Asiedu, the Tema Branch Manager of CCML said the company is a bank of Ghana licensed deposit taking microfinance institution, wholly owned by the Christian Council of Ghana.
She said the company has a 36 year financial background in the provision of uncommon financial services and solutions, offering micro loans, savings, investment, salary loans and loans to students and Churches.
Mrs Asante noted that on March 19, the company would organize an investment programme to educate the public on the importance of savings, with the focus of expanding its operations and reaching out to clients.
‘We are customer-obsessed because our success and achievements depends on the customers transacting business with us and as a result we organize monthly programmes, dubbed, ‘Market Storms’ to create awareness of our products to both our new and old clients’ she added.
Mrs Mary Armah, the Communications Affairs Officer of CCML said the company would continue to impact its operations to the community as part of its social performance vision geared towards community development.
Mr Isaac Ashia Odamtey, the Municipal Chief Executive of Tema, commended management of the company for the gesture and urged them to work diligently.
He said the Assembly has taken keen interest in the street naming and property numbering project, and that, the area has 38,000 streets to be named and 300,000 properties to be numbered.
‘We will continue to offer support in terms of security to ensure safe and sound environment for business transactions in the area’.
