Celebrating Ghanaian Women
Dark and Lovely Moisture Plus with its range of relaxer kits for superior moisture and silky straight hair, will be showing its support for International Women’s Day by celebrating Ghanaian women who all have two things in common – they are inspirational and making a difference within their fields.
The purple brand has selected the following seven women who are putting Ghana on the international map:
o Jessica Opare Saforo – award winning broadcaster
o Constance Swaniker – renowned sculptor
o Naa Ashorkor – award winning actress and TV presenter
o Nicole Amarteifio – creator of the hit series ‘An African City’
o Aisha Obuobi – founder of internationally acclaimed luxury fashion label Christie Brown
o Anita Erskine – business women and presenter
o Ama K Adebrese – award winning actress, TV presenter and producer
From today, these women will be showcased via Dark and Lovely’s online platform (www.facebook.com/DarkandLovelyGH) and the media, highlighting their accomplishments and urging the public to share details of women in their lives that inspire them.
The public will also be encouraged to go purple to show their support of International Women’s Day and to win Dark and Lovely products.
