Ghanaian journalist and show producer, Manuel King, has come out to make a trash out of what some critics have been saying about Ghanaian rapper and entrepreneur, Desmond Kwesi Blackmoore who is known by the stage name D-Black.
According to King, it is irrational to label or tag Black as a useless rapper who doesn’t know what he wants in the music industry.
King who was quick in admitting that D-Black began on a very promising note as a rapper way back when he paired with Kwaku T and explained the rapper has now a days retired from putting in much lyrical content and relies solely on good beats.
“Black was great in his initial stage but lyrically at present, he has dropped a bit” King said.
The journalist also said despite what has been noticed to be a fault on him, the rapper is still making lots of income for his music and to hi, that’s all showbiz is about – to be at the top and make gains from what you give out to your fans and the rest of the public.
“Desmond is making it big time from his music and with showbiz, you show off as well as you must earn much more than what you give out and to me I think he’s doing great as an artist”
Manuel King who is also a documentarist advised musicians who are still trying to make it big to desist from calling a fellow musician who has and is still making it big a jester and work hard to put themselves on the frontline.
