Ashanti Regional Minister & Deputy relieved of their appointments

Accra, March 4, GNA – President John Dramani Mahama has with immediate effect,   withdrawn the appointments of the Ashanti Regional Minister, Samuel K. Sarpong, and his Deputy, Joseph Yammin.

A statement signed by the Minister of Communications, Dr. Edward Omane Boamah says, the Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Eric Opoku will act as the Ashanti Regional Minister, until a substantive Minister is appointed.
