Vodafone Wholesale launches Loyalty Programme

Accra, March 03, GNA – Vodafone Wholesale Ghana has launched a Loyalty Programme with attractive benefits which aspired to build a lasting relationships with its customers.

The initiative hinges on the belief that creating an engaging platform where clients are ultimate beneficiaries produces a more passionate customer base.

The Loyalty programme comes with a card, which will afford customers the ability to get up to 20 per cent off over 600 priority airport lounges worldwide and up to 11 per cent off over 200,000 hotels worldwide.

The card also ensures that customers can enjoy up to 20 per cent off selected car rentals worldwide and so much more.

Commenting on the initiative at a ceremony to award 25 of its customers, Julius Owusu-Kyerematen, Managing Director of Vodafone Wholesale Ghana, said the programme was part of a concerted effort to enhance the experience of customers.

‘We live in a world that believes in the service-dominant logic of doing business and we find the loyalty scheme as very timely. Despite the major economic challenges of 2014, we remained resilient as a business and will continue to work hard to deliver effective services for you our cherished customers; because without you we have no business,’ he said.

In a speech read on his behalf, Dr Edward Omane-Boamah, Minister of Communications commended Vodafone for its leadership in innovation and contribution to the transformation of the telecoms industry.

‘As a government with a commitment to the growth of the ICT sector, you can be sure that we will not renege on our mandate to ensure the entire country is connected’, he said.

The Awards ceremony, which took place in Accra, brought together mobile network operators, Internet service providers and government agencies. Some of the companies that were rewarded include Scancom Ghana, Millicom Ghana and Busy Internet.
