Payless ShoeSource, one of the world’s largest footwear retailers, has launched its second retail shop in Ghana at the Accra Mall.
The shop, launched in partnership with Azadea, a franchise group, offers leading world brands such as Air Walk, Lower East Side, Cross Trekke Dexter, Lower East, Hunter’s Bay, Champion, City Sneaks and Comfort Plus.
Speaking at the launch, Fadi Hammond, Country Manager of Azadea said the shop of Paylessin Ghana is the first in West Africa and its targets include women and families.
He said Payless has over 4,500 shoe outlets all over the world, stating that they sell the best of brands in the world.
Khalil Khoury, Brands Manager of Azadea said, ‘The company studied the Ghanaian economy before deciding to invest in this part of Africa.’
He said payless offers durable and quality shoes and bags at affordable prices, adding ‘we have all sizes for women, children and men who love style.
Khoury said, ‘Our brands have been designed for every member of the family at affordable price. This is what actually differentiates us from our competitors.’
Payless first outlet in Ghana is located at the West Hills Mall along the Kasoa road.
