Joy FM to celebrate Ghana with Ghana Day Bazaar on March 6


What makes you a Ghanaian? It is where you come from, the food you eat, the music you listen to, or your dance?

One thing that cannot be disputed is, the Ghanaian is unique. He or she can easily be spotted anywhere in the world because of their unique cultural traits.

These traits are what Joy FM is celebrating this March.

The whole of March has been dedicated by the country’s leading English station as Ghana Month. A month to reflect and celebrate ‘Ghanaianness’.

As Ghana gears up to mark her 58 th independence anniversary on Friday, Joy FM will on Friday treat listenersย and Ghanaians in general, to a fun-packed bazaar at the Aviation Social Centre.

The Ghana Day Bazaar will showcase various aspects of the Ghanaian Culture, as well as an understanding of what makes us true Ghanaians.

The event will bring together and showcase a variety of Ghanaian fashion, food, music, art and a host of others.

Joy FM, will on that day, produce and present all its major shows from the venue; from the Super Morning Show (SMS) with Kojo Yankson, the Cosmopolitan Mix with Doreen Andoh, Drive Time with Lexis Bill, and the big jam itself, Weekend Warmer with DJ Black.

All the programmes will be live in a fun-packed bazaar like no other. The presenters, Myjoyonline.com gathers, also have interesting surprises up their sleeves on the day.
