No game time: Wakaso woes continue as Celtic make Europa League exit

Black Star player Mubarak Wakaso continue to struggle to find a place in the starting line-up for his Scottish club Celtic after missing another chance of showing what he is made of the UEFA Europa League.

Wakaso’s Celtic boss has predicted a positional change might get the Ghana international some playing time but that was not meant to be when Celtic travelled to Italy to play Inter Milan in the second leg of their UEFA Europa League tie.

Mubarak Wakaso missed the six-goal thriller first leg which ended in both teams sharing the goals three each on Celtic soil.

Once again on Thursday night, the Ghanaian player who was impressive in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations was nowhere to be found near the Celtic playing team as the Scottish club were eliminated from the Europa League.

Inter Milan made their home advantage count in the game as Fredy Guarin scored the only goal to give the Italian side a 4-3 win on aggregate.
