Arsenal suffered a humiliating 3-1 loss to Monaco in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
Monaco took the lead through Geoffrey Kondogbia’s deflected 25-yard strike. Dimitar Berbatov scored on his return to north London as Monaco stunned Arsenal.
Berbatov, ex-Spurs striker finished off a counter-attack from 12 yards.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain curled in from 18 yards late on, giving Arsenal hope.
But Yannick Ferreira Carrasco netted in added time to put Monaco in charge ahead of the second leg on 17 March.
