Aspiring assembly member for Abaase electoral area in Akyem old tafo in the abuakwa north constituency of the eastern region, Elvis Yeboah has called on assembly members and the unit committee to make good use of monies from projects within their electoral areas by using to solve some of the problem residents face instead of mismanaging them. According to him, it is when such monies are well managed before the assembly will can support in other areas.
He was speaking at a platform mounted by electoral commission to share their visions with electorates and also answer some questions troubling electorates. He commended the electoral commission for the platform given to them to explain to the electorates their intended development plans. He said monies from projects like public toilets, pipes and others should however be channelled to other areas since it is when that is done before the assembly can also support.
Mr Yeboah therefore appealed to all delegates to vote him into office since he has the vision of bringing accountability to the people. He also pledged to raise the level of education of education, provide portable drinking water and also help empower the youth in skills training as well as assist them in seeking jobs.
Sources reveal that the aspiring member had already constructed a pipe tap for the people in his electoral area among other things.
