Manchester City are ready to splash out big to bring Wolfsburg winger Kevin de Bruyne.
The Belgian has reignited his career in Germany this season after being sold by Chelsea in the summer.
The People says although wealthy Wolfsburg , owned by the Volkswagen Group, insist they won’t be selling the Belgian star City are refusing to be put off and are planning a £27million move. VfL bought De Bruyne for £18million from Chelsea .
Chelsea have discussed re-signing the winger, but he has no interest in re-joining Blues, especially with City and Manchester United on his trail.
