Accra Gt. Olympics mesmerized B.A United by three goals to one at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, Accra on match day 8 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
A goal from Godfred Asante and a brace from Francis Attoquaye sealed the doom of B.A United.
Olympics started the game on a good note, when Godfred Asante stunning free kick found the back of the net to give the home team the lead in the 7 minute.
Francis Attoquaye doubled Olympics’ lead before the first half break and he again struck his personal 2nd which was eventually the third goal for the Wonder club with 13 minutes into the second half.
Nana Kofi Agyiri got the consolation goal in the 59 minute for Brong Ahafo United, but the game failed to produce further goals, making it to end 3-1 in favour of the Dade boys.
Olympics were inspired by the return of their former players Richard Kingston, Dan Quaye and Godwin Attram, however they couldn’t feature because their ITC is yet to arrive.
