Ghana defender John Boye on target as Kayseri Erciyesspor rout Konyaspor in Turkish top-flight

Ghana defender John Boye opened the scoring for Kayseri Erciyesspor as they thumped Konyaspor 3-0 on Friday night in the Turkish Super Lig.

The 2015 Africa Cup of Nations silver medalist finished off a move on 19 minutes thanks to an assist from Cenk Ahmet Alkilic.

Dutchman Royston Drenthe made it 2-0 eight minutes later before Bjoern Vleminckx put away a penalty after 34 minutes to put the game beyond the reach of their opponents.

Boye has now scored two goals in 13 appearances for Kayseri Erciyesspor.
