Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has identified Schalke 04 midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng as a direct replacement for Paul Pogba.
Pogba, rated at 100million euro, is a subject of intense speculation with English giants Manchester United, City and Chelsea are believed to be interested.
The 21-year-old midfielder signed a new £70,000-a-week contract with the Serie A giants in October lasting until June 2019.
But reports have recently surfaced claiming that Pogba is unlikely to see the deal through.
And according to Calciomercatoweb.it, Alegri is keen to reunite with Boateng after he coached him during his time at AC Milan.
Boateng joined Schalke from AC Milan in 2013 and his contract with the German side side runs out next year.
