Information gathered by Asantekotokosc.com suggests that Coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani has written to the Board of Directors of Kotoko acknowledging receipt of their letter which directed him to proceed on leave.

Kotoko Communications Manager, Kwaku Ahenkorah, who broke the news to Asantekotokosc.com, said Coach Didi, in his letter, thanked the Board for the chance they gave him to serve Kotoko, saying, his accomplishments during his tenure as coach speak for itself.

Didi Dramani, who joined Kotoko in the 2012/13 season, won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and two Super Cups but he twice failed to lead Kotoko to excel in the CAF Champions League as on all two occasions the team exited before the third preliminary round.

A streak of unimpressive performances in seven matches which have left Kotoko at 10th position with eight points in the 2014/15 First Capital Plus Premier League recently led to intense supporters’ appeals to the Board of Directors to sack the coach.

The Board of Directors announced earlier this week, that, they have asked the coach to proceed on his accumulated 120-day leave.
