Guan United pull out of Elite Cup; Berekum Chelsea gain walkover

Berekum Chelsea have gained qualification to the next stage of the Elite Cup after their opponents Guan United withdrew.

The match was scheduled to meet at the Golden City Park on Wednesday.

According to reports, United have officially notified the Ghana FA about their inability to travel to Berekum to honor the match against the premiership club Berekum United.

Guan have become the second club to pull out of the competition after Okwuhu United who billed to play Inter Allies.
